DR. Elhanan (Eli ) Abramov, PhD
CEO
Eli Abramov joined the company in 2008 after a period of 33 years during which he took a central role in engineering and executive duties within the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission.
Dr. Abramov has a B.Sc in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering, an M.Sc and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering - all from Ben Gurion University.

SVP & CFO
Sasson Shilo joined the company in 1992 and serves as Baran's Vice President and Chief Finance Officer.
Mr. Shilo has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Business Management from Ben Gurion University.

Adrian Hilel
SVP, Baran Oil & Petrochemical Projects (1987) Ltd
Adrian Hillel joined Baran Oil & Petrochemical Projects (1987) Ltd as a partner in 1988 and since served in various senior management positions. including General Manager of Baran Engineering and Projects (1983) Ltd. North Branch.
He has an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering of the Bucharest Politechnical Institute.

Issac Friedman
Infrastructure And Construction Division GM
Issac Friedman Joined the company in 1979 and has served as Head of the Civil Engineering Division and the CEO of Baran Project Construction Ltd. from 2000 Mr. Friedman serves has the Infrastructure and Construction Division GM.
Mr. Friedman has a diploma as Practical Construction Engineer from the Technical College of the Negev and a BSc in Business Management from Champlain College, Illinois.

Israel Scop
Baran Engineering – South GM, Founder
Israel Scop joined Baran in 1983 and served in various senior positions. In 2000 he established the Social Responsibility activity of the group and in 2007 became the HR-VP. Since 2011 Israel returned to serve as the General Manager of Baran Engineering – South.
He has a BSc in Engineering and MA in Philosophy.

General Legal Counsel
Haim Assael has served as the company's general legal counsel since 1993.
Mr. Assael established his law firm in 1987 and specializes in corporate, commercial and capital markets law.
Mr. Assael has a LLB degree from Tel-Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
